Along w/ two spacious living rooms, a media room & a chef's kitchen, indulge in the tropical backyard oasis in this luxury million dollar estate!
We take great pride in our home and always keep it clean and conducive for an awesome relaxing stay. Your private room has its own mini refrigerator, microwave, secretary desk, smart TV with cable access to TV shows and free unlimited movie channels such as HBO, Showtime and Cinemax. It’s also setup for complimentary Netflix, Hulu & Disney+. The home has been remodeled & staged with elegance & sophistication. The common areas in the home are two spacious living rooms and a fun game room with a billiard pool table and foosball table, guests also enjoy access to 3 bathrooms in the house, a beautiful chef’s kitchen area and a fabulous backyard with fruit trees and tropical plants, a relaxing patio furniture, an above-ground pool, barbecue grill and outdoor bar area.
Scott and I are available for guests with any questions you may have or recommendations on where to go and what’s fun to do in the area. We are in real estate as a profession so if we’re not home we are available anytime should you need us by text, phone call or email.
Your room is equipped with all the necessary amenities to a fun relaxing stay and be able to enjoy as much privacy as you need. The neighborhood of Sherman Oaks is a very affluent & vibrant area of Los Angeles surrounded by multi-million dollar luxury homes nestled between Studio City and Encino, both very wealthy areas. Celebrity sightings are very common in local coffee shops, theaters, restaurants, park, gym and malls. Our home is within a 5 minute walking distance to Ventura Boulevard which is a very famous strip where all the fabulous shops, groceries & health food stores, restaurants such as the iconic Mel’s Diner, Sherman Oaks Galleria, Regal movie theater, 24 hr fitness gym, nightlife and entertainment can be found.
