Bright and open shared living room and kitchen with brand new appliances which you should feel free to use. Come and go as you please with keyless entry available. We can also provide physical keys to be returned at checkout. Our unit is on the first floor of a gated complex with one gated underground parking space included (you KNOW how important it is to have your own parking space), garage opener to be returned at checkout. Unit includes central heating and air conditioning. We have fast WiFi -- great for the remote worker. We also have an in-unit washer and dryer for your convenience. Centrally located very close to all major LA freeways. We have two well-behaved cats: One who you will rarely see as he likes to hide until you've been here a few days, and another who will instantly be your best friend and cuddle buddy. And two small aquariums.

You should feel comfortable as we are fully COVID-19 vaccinated and will still make sure to sanitize your room and shared spaces! We can and will wear masks in the property if you would like us to.
