:: YOUR ROOM :: Private bedroom in a newly remodeled 2-bedroom space with access to a designated guest bathroom. Bedroom includes a comfortable Queen bed equipped with a Casper memory foam mattress, 42" Smart Roku TV, working/writing/computer desk, and wall art by Thomas Kincade.
:: THE PROPERTY UNIT :: Bright and open shared living room and kitchen with modern appliances which you should feel free to use. Come and go as you please with keyless entry available. We can also provide physical keys to be returned at checkout. Our unit is on the first floor of a gated complex with one gated underground parking space included (you KNOW how important it is to have your own parking space), garage opener to be returned at checkout. Unit includes central heating and air conditioning. We have fast WiFi -- great for the remote worker. We also have an in-unit washer and dryer for your convenience. Centrally located very close to all major LA freeways. We have two well-behaved cats and a small aquarium.
:: COVID-19 SAFETY :: You should feel comfortable as we are fully COVID-19 vaccinated and will still make sure to sanitize your room and shared spaces! We can and will wear masks in the property if you would like us to.

We are a couple together for 14 years and married for 10 years. Byron (on the right) is the Creative Director for our Visual Media company and he travels the country as a photographer for major LGBT+ events, especially in the Bear Event circuit. Sebastian (on the left) is the Producer/Director of our Video and Photography company, he does massage work and is a part time project manager for a construction and design firm. We are avid movie-goers and love road trips, especially to national parks. We are very familiar with Los Angeles life and will be happy to help you find out what you should do while in the city!

Wonderful, wonderful experience staying with Byron & Sebastian. They legitimately have everything you would want and need from a place to stay in LA. Comfortable bed, awesome bathroom (all to yourself), private parking—it was awesome!

Sebastian and Byron were great hosts! The pictures accurately portray the place, and the location is near the heart of Glendale. The room was comfortable, and I overall really enjoyed my quick stay. I would be happy to consider staying over again!

What a great find! The room was exactly what I needed. If you're a walker, there are lots of great restaurants nearby. Sebastian and Byron provided great tips and suggestions for the area, and they made me feel right at home. If this is open, book it.

So glad I was able to stay with Sebastian and Byron for my first misterbnb! Their place was comfortable and they both went out of their way to make me feel welcome. I loved being able to hang out with the cats, but Echo was the highlight. I'll miss the whole crew!

I had only brief encounters with hosts due to our schedules but they were welcoming and the space was well-prepared and comfortable. Nice friendly cats as well.

Wonderful and kind couple - super friendly and a pleasure to get to know. Room is clean and comfortable, especially the mattress. Garage parking is a plus! Cats are affectionate and curious. Walking distance to Brand Blvd. restaurants, excellent communication throughout my stay. Thank you!

I cannot even begin to come up with enough great things to say about Sebastian & Byron. It felt like home. They were warm, welcoming, and highly knowledgeable about the great gay places in LA. Their kitties are adorable!!! I had the immense pleasure of having dinner with them the first night of my stay and it is now one of my favorite LA memories. Great people!! Don't hesitate to book with them. You won't regret it!
