Spacious Master Bedroom Oasis for your Los Angeles vacation available in a gorgeous Contemporary Spanish Mediterranean home in Sherman Oaks, CA. This extremely large master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom & a walk-in closet. It also has a convertible sofa bed & work desk area. The bathroom has a separate step-in shower & hot tub for relaxation. The home is w/in walking distance to shops, restaurants, bus stops & w/in a 7-mile drive to Universal Studios, 15 miles to a SoCal beaches & LA airports! Scott and I are available for guests with any questions you may have or recommendations on where to go and what’s fun to do in the area. We are in real estate as a profession so if we’re not home we are available anytime should you need us by text, phone call or email.

The neighborhood of Sherman Oaks is a very affluent & vibrant area of Los Angeles surrounded by multi-million dollar luxury homes nestled between Studio City and Encino, both very wealthy areas. Celebrity sightings are very common in local coffee shops, restaurants such as the iconic Mel’s Diner, Sherman Oaks Galleria, ArcLight movie theater, 24 hour fitness gym, nightlife and entertainment can be found. The Corky’s Restaurant & Karaoke Lounge is within a 5-minute walk at the end of our street. You may recognize the restaurant in several blockbuster movies such as the most recent one with Halle Berry. Our home is also within a 10 minute driving distance to the world famous Universal Studios & Citywalk in Universal City/Hollywood. Beverly Hills is 8 miles away and downtown Los Angeles & LAX Airport are a 15 mile drive from the house. The beaches of Venice and Santa Monica are also within a 15 mile driving distance and Disneyland is about 40 minutes away.

If you feel like socializing in the home and use all the other amenities available we encourage that as well. Halloween Season is here! We are super excited to announce that for a limited time only (October and November) to celebrate our favorite annual American tradition, our home will be tastefully decorated as inspired by Disneyland’s The Haunted Mansion! Our guests will definitely be in for a treat with amazing decor, props and lighting throughout the house and backyard during your stay with us! 👻 Same goes for Christmas as it is our favorite holiday as well, the home will be transformed into a Winter Wonderland! 🎄
