Kevin is a great host, very friendly and easy to communicate with. The location is quiet and the bed is super comfortable, check in was easy, a great value for the money and would definitely stay with Kevin again.

There was nothing "magnificent" at this condo. Yes, it was quiet, but the common areas were messy, there were 2 mismatched twin beds and no proper linens. If I had known what the accommodations were like, I would not have booked it. It's a shame, because the host is a nice guy.
