Enjoy a fully furnished, well insulated private bedroom & bathroom. The bedroom & bathroom both have wonderful natural light, and include your own refrigerator, microwave & use of our kitchen. The open living space is perfect for relaxing from your travels.

We are definitely an artists space. I am a fulltime musician with a 5-piano studio that is used for teaching as well as band rehearsals. We have 2 very friendly dogs and are a very friendly couple. We look forward to hosting your visit soon.

Hello one and all! We are a very welcoming, LGBTQ+ artistic household. On your stay you will have your own: 1. Bedroom 2. Bathroom 3. Mini-fridge and microwave in the room 4. Towels and general bathroom amenities. 5. Use of our kitchen with specially dedicated pans. 6. Wardrobe and TV. We do have 2 Goldendoodles, Franklin and Zelda. Very friendly and only 6 months. They will be kept in another part of the house when we're not present. I teach piano and singing in my back home studio that is separated. We are clothing optional and want folks to feel comfortable, especially in the evening...and keep in mind the curtains in the main house during business hours. ;) Check in will be 2:00PM and check out will be 10:00AM the following day. Some exceptions are available, feel free to ask. Please no strangers or hook-ups in the house. As well we are a drug free household. Absolutely no smoke of any kind in the house. Alcohol is fine ;). Clothing optional is for your courtesy. That being said we do run a professional business here so we ask folks to use their discretion; after business hours.

Lovely home, extremely comfortable room, sweet lovable dogs to greet me. Aaron and his partner are the perfect hosts. Glorious live music in the backyard one night when Aaron's swing band did a rehearsal, was really a wonderful break from my iPod playlist! As a dog lover and musician this is my dream home away from home. Hard to think of a better place to stay in the West Valley, highly recommended.

The detailed e-mail communication prior to arrival was outstanding. Aaron is a great host! The bedroom was perfect - smart TV, refrigerator, microwave, Kuerig coffee, two plush robes, ceiling fan, very comfortable bed, and outstanding air conditioning on a hot day! The house was recently remodeled, is very clean, and the two dogs are my new best friends! The home is on a quiet street in a nice suburb of L.A. (Granada Hills), and there are plenty of dining options and retail nearby. 5 Stars!

I was so happy to continue my stay with Aaron and Brandon at their home. Their hospitality was top-notch, and I got along so well with their dogs. I will equally miss. The bed was very comfortable and I slept so well all the nights that I was there. Thank you again to you both. I appreciate you guys!
