"Questo hotel è un piccolo hotel boutique con circa 12 camere. Si trova in cima a una collina tortuosa, ma è una cosa positiva perché le viste dalla cima dell'hotel (che ha una impressionante piscina e un'area solarium) sono semplicemente straordinarie. L'hotel stesso è ben fornito di personale, pulito e confortevole. Le aree comuni sono veramente di buon gusto e allegre. La colazione è piacevole ed è davvero un piacere. I ragazzi della reception non potevano essere stati più disponibili."

"The establishment has an excellent location and is extremely quiet, allowing you to relax after the hustle and bustle of the beach opposite. The staff is very friendly. The hotel has all the basics you could ask for so there are no complaints, however there are things that could be improved. Here are some suggestions * In the rooms there are no glasses or anything to make a coffee. Only in the central cafeteria and it closes at 6pm. * The towels are old and some of them break when you use them. * As the facilities are already old, the bathroom pipes are smelly. * The area is very humid but there is no fan in the rooms that can be used so you have to have the air conditioning on all the time to dry. * There is no comfortable chair to sit on in the rooms and nothing on the balconies. However, the biggest and MOST IMPORTANT inconvenience I encountered was the excess charge over what Mister B&B informed me in the reservation (400 reais more). This platform gave me a rate and when I arrived at the establishment Cabañas de Prais Mole they charged me 400 reais more because according to them it appeared in the reservation. I complained to MisterB&B and it was extremely difficult to communicate with them because they told me that they had made an agreement with Booking and I had to contact them. I had made the reservation at MisterB&B because of my affinity with the objective of the platform (cancelling a previous reservation with Booking), but it was impossible to communicate with Booking because their system requires a reservation number and as it had not been made by alllil they do not allow me to do it. Finally after many mails with MIsterB&B in which every time I was told that they could not do anything finally for peace of mind and my holidays I decided to leave the situation as it was and therefore I lost the difference in price that I was overcharged. I am therefore extremely dissatisfied with the credibility offered by MisterB&B and the way they handle bookings. I don't think I will use it again as other platforms have quickly solved similar problems by overcharging me in order to maintain their prestige. I have felt very helpless and with no one to turn to in case of a problem when booking through Mister B&B. ================================================================== El establecimiento tiene una ubicacion excelente y es estremadamente tranquilo lo cual permite el descanso luego del bullicio de la playa que se encuentra enfrente. El personal es muy amable. El hotel tien todo lo basico que se pueda pedir por lo cual no hay quejas sin embargo hay cosas que se podrian mejorar. Aqui van algunas sugerencias * En las habitaciones no hay vasos, ni nada para hacerse un cafe. Solo en la cafeteria central y esta cierra las 6 de la tarde. * Las tohallas estan viejas y algunas se rompen con solo usarlas * Como las instalaciones son ya antiguas los caños del baño despiden olor. * La zona es muy humeda pero no hay un ventinlador en los cuartos que se pueda utilizar po lo que hay que tener encendido el aire acondicionado en forma permanente para secar. * No hay un sillon comodo para sentarse en las habitaciones ni tampoco nada en los balcones. Sin embargo el mayor y MAS IMPORTANTE inconveniente con el que me encontre fue el cobrobre en exceso sobre lo informado por Mister B&B en la reserva (400 reales mas). Esta plataforma me paso una tarifa y al llegar al establecimiento Cabañas de Prais Mole me cobraron 400 reales mas porque segun ellos eso le aparecia en la reserva. Me queje ante MisterB&B y fue sumamente dificil comunicarme con ellos ya que me decian que habian hecho convenio con Booking y debia dirigirme a ello. Mas alla de que yo habia hecho la reserva en MisterB&B por mi afinidad con el objetivo de la plataforma (cancelando una previa reserva con booking), fue imposible comunicarme con booking ya que su sistema exige un numerro de reserva y como no se habia hecho por alllil no permite hacerlo. Finalmente luego de muchos mails con MIsterB&B en los que todas las veces me dijeron que ellos no podian hacer nada finalmente para paz mental y de mis vacaciones decidi dejar la situacion como estar y por lo tanto perdi la diferencia de precio que me cobraron de mas. Por ello estoy sumamante disconforme con la crefibilidad que ofrece MisterB&B y la forma de gestionar las reservas. No creo que la use otra vez ya que otras plataforma me han solucionado rapidamente problemas similares asumiendo ellas el cobro de mas a fin de matener su presetigio. Me he sentido muy desamparado y sin a nadie a quien acudir ante un problema al reservr por Mister B&B"
