Head upstairs to find two serene bedrooms. The primary suite on the second floor boasts a plush King bed and a private en-suite bathroom, complete with a bathtub for a relaxing soak. The second bedroom, also on the second floor, offers a comfortable Queen bed and has access to a separate full bathroom with a walk-in shower. Each bedroom is equipped with its own smart TV for personal viewing.

This modern home is outfitted with high-speed WiFi, making it easy to stay connected or work remotely. Tucked away behind the main residence with its own private entrance, the guesthouse provides a quiet and secluded setting for your stay.

Your guesthouse is centrally located in a quiet residential neighborhood, offering the perfect launchpad for exploring Los Angeles. You are just a short drive from the heart of Culver City, home to Sony Pictures Studios, excellent restaurants, and unique shops. A 10-minute drive will take you to the Los Angeles County Museum of Art (LACMA) and the La Brea Tar Pits.

The unit is located at the back of a residential lot and features its own private entrance. Please note: this is a two-story home with no bedrooms on the first floor. Quiet hours are observed to respect our neighbors, and check-ins are not permitted after 10:00 PM.

For your safety, exterior security cameras are installed at entryways and common areas only. Check-out time is 11:00 AM. Late check-outs without prior approval will incur a $100 fee per additional hour.

We kindly ask all guests to complete a short check-in form before arrival. Once submitted, we’ll send over your check-in instructions. The form will request each guest’s contact info, and a valid ID with a quick selfie. This simple step helps ensure that only registered guests are staying at the property.
