The layout flows into a fully equipped kitchen, ready for you to prepare anything from a quick breakfast to a full family dinner.

The single-story design places all four bedrooms conveniently on one floor. The primary suite provides a king bed and a private en-suite bathroom. Two other welcoming bedrooms each feature a queen bed, while the fourth bedroom is perfect for additional family or friends with a bunk bed and a separate twin bed. The home includes a total of three full and one half bathrooms, ensuring ample space for everyone.

Your private outdoor oasis awaits. Take a dip in the pool, soak in the four-person hot tub, or challenge someone to a round on the front-yard mini-golf course. Sun loungers and a shaded dining table provide plenty of options for relaxing and dining al fresco. Please note that pool heating is available for an additional fee.

Modern essentials are all here, including high-speed WiFi, air conditioning, and a washer/dryer for your convenience. For your peace of mind, the property entrance is monitored by exterior security cameras. Nestled in the hills of Studio City, the home offers the perfect balance of quiet residential life and easy access to LA's biggest attractions. You’re just minutes from the magic of Universal Studios Hollywood and a short drive from the iconic Hollywood Walk of Fame and the legendary Hollywood Bowl.

Please drive carefully, especially when arriving or parking. There are exterior security cameras monitoring the entry for guest safety. Pool Heating Fees: $150/day with a minimum of 2 days. Let us know in advance if you’d like to use these services.

Check-out time is 11:00 AM. Late check-outs without prior approval will incur a $100 fee per additional hour.

The form will request each guest’s contact info, and a valid ID with a quick selfie. This simple step helps ensure that only registered guests are staying at the property.
