*. Pet fee: Well-trained pets are welcomed at $100 per pet. Please let us know if you’ll bring any pet and how many. Pet fee beyond one pet is processed manually post reservation confirmation. Maximum 2 pets and 40lb /each.

*. Pet policy: This is a pet friendly home but kindly refrain from allowing pets on furniture/linens including couches, throws, beds, pillows, and towels. Please do not leave pets unattended; please bring poop bags and pick up after your pets.

*. We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking.

*. We are in a quiet neighborhood. Party or any form of noisy gathering is strictly prohibited. Quiet hours after 9pm.

*. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the house. Violations of this policy will result in a minimum fine of $500 per night.

Please note that we offer two options to protect both you and the property, ensuring it remains in excellent condition for you and future guests: a non-refundable Damage Waiver for a small fee ($49.5), or a refundable Safety ******** ($500). As an official partner, these options will be presented to you after booking via our Guest App.
