*. Noise Disclosure: Please note that there may be guests staying in the basement units, so you might hear some occasional noise. But nothing is shared between the units.

*. AC Disclosure: There is central AC in the unit and it also controls the temperature in the basement unit, so we recommend keeping it at 68°F in summer and 72°F in winter for comfort.

*. Parking Disclosure: There is no assigned parking space, however, free street parking is easily available.

*. We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking.

*. We are in a quiet neighborhood. Party or any form of noisy gathering is very very strictly prohibited. Quiet hour after 9pm.

*. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the house. Violations of this policy will result in a minimum fine of $500 per night.
