Living space The open-plan layout connects the kitchen, dining area, and living room into one easy-flowing space. High ceilings keep the atmosphere airy, and ceiling fans add to the comfort alongside central air conditioning. The living room is outfitted with a sofa bed, a TV, and direct access to a screened balcony with outdoor seating - your spot for morning coffee or a quiet evening in. Laminate and tile flooring runs throughout, keeping things cool and easy to maintain.

Kitchen & dining The fully equipped kitchen sits just off the entrance and has everything you need to cook and eat in. Solid-surface counters, a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and coffee maker are all there, along with cooking basics, dishes, silverware, and a hot water kettle and toaster. If you'd rather skip the dishes, you're minutes from a wide range of restaurants and dining at The Loop in Kissimmee or Disney Springs.

Sleeping arrangements The primary bedroom is furnished with a queen bed and a TV. The second bedroom features two twin beds and is decorated with a Harry Potter theme - a hit with younger guests or anyone who appreciates a bit of magic in their stay. Room-darkening shades, extra pillows and blankets, and quality bed linens are provided throughout, and hangers and clothing storage make settling in for longer stays comfortable.

What to expect Check-in is from 4:00 PM via smart lock self-check-in - no need to coordinate with anyone on arrival. Checkout is by 10:00 AM. The condo is set up with a starter supply of essentials including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, a sponge, dishwasher pods, laundry pods, and kitchen towels. For longer stays, you may want to pick up additional supplies along the way.
