Second Floor: Four king bedrooms, three full bathrooms (2 ensuite), larger loft living area with 75” Roku Smart TV, full-size washer/dryer, and self-contained family suite with full kitchen, dining room, and living area with another 75” Roku Smart TV.

Outdoor Living & Details: Screened-in back patio, beautiful pool and spa, and a large pool deck. Pool/spa heat is available for an added daily fee. Natural gas BBQ for grilling and entertaining. Backyard with a natural vegetation buffer for privacy. Garage game area for entertainment: pool table, ping pong table, and arcade games. Large driveway with additional RV and boat parking (9’x50’). Electrical hookups with 30/50 Amp service. Easy access with only two small steps from the driveway to the first floor. Guest Access: Guests have full access to the entire home, including the private backyard, screened pool and spa, and ample parking.

Other Things to Note: 25+ age minimum for primary guest. We do not rent to groups of college students or minors, ID will be verified. $1,500 of no-fault accidental damage protection included. Beach gear (chairs, umbrella, beach wagon, and cooler) is provided. No pets allowed. No smoking inside the home. No parties or events. The home may have inside noise/smoke sensors and/or outside cameras.
