1. CHECK-IN & EARLY ARRIVAL To preserve the relaxed atmosphere and privacy of the house, standard check-in is from 3:00pm onwards. Early check-in may be available depending on the day and current occupancy: • from 12:00pm — €20 • from 10:00am — €40 For extra flexibility, check-in remains available until 11:00pm. Please note that luggage drop-off before check-in is not available. To preserve the relaxed atmosphere, cleaning service and privacy of the house, standard check-in is from 3:00pm to 11pm. 2. CHECK-OUT & LATE DEPARTURE Standard check-out is by 11:00am to allow enough time to properly prepare the house and rooms for incoming guests. Late check-out may be available depending on occupancy: • until 1:00pm — €20 • until 3:00pm — €40 Please note that luggage storage after check-out is not available. 3. Smoking is permitted on balconies. 4. Nudity is allowed inside the apartment only, It is not permitted on balconies. 5. Check-in is in person. A valid ID or passport is required at arrival, as mandated by Italian law. At check-in, a €7 per person, per night city tax is due, as required by the Municipality of Florence. This tax is not included in the booking price and is collected by the host on behalf of the city. 6. Heating and air conditioning are used in accordance with Italian regulations and centrally managed to mantain a consistent temperature throughout the apartment. 7. The apartment is on the first floor (no elevator). 8. Kitchen access follows the natural rhythm of the home and is available during breakfast, lunch, and dinner hours: 8:00–10:00 / 12:00–14:00 / 18:00–22:00. 9. This is a lived-in, adult home. Guests are expected to respect shared spaces, privacy, and the atmosphere of the house.
