THE APARTMENT

Situated on the second floor (with elevator) of a carefully restored historic building, the apartment features a covered private balcony overlooking a protected WWF Natural Park, free on-site parking, and seasonal access to a shared swimming pool (mid-May to end of September).

Designed for comfort and longer, more considered stays rather than short holiday turnover, it accommodates up to a little family while remaining especially comfortable for two adults. One double bed 160x190 + 140x190 sofa bed (no capacity for crib).

Amenities include Wi-Fi, 43” Smart TV, washing machine, dishwasher, safe, and modern kitchen appliances.

The shared pool is located at the rear of the building and offers a peaceful alternative to the beach.
