Check-in begins at 4 PM local time. Checkout is at 11 AM local time. To ensure a smooth arrival for incoming guests, please honor the checkout time. Unauthorized late checkouts after 11AM will incur an additional fee. Guests must be at least 21 years of age to make a reservation.

4. Keep in Mind

Our homes are designed for calm, connection, and comfort. Parties, smoking, or loud gatherings aren’t permitted Quiet hours: 10 PM–7 AM — perfect for starry nights and restful mornings Our homes use NoiseAware, which simply monitors volume (never content) to ensure everyone’s peace.

5. Guest Care & Safety

Because your safety and peace of mind matter: A simple rental agreement ensures clarity and ease. Damage waiver fee is requested at check-in — so you can fully relax knowing you’re covered.

6. Power Outages in Puerto Rico Life on the island is magical, but Puerto Rico may occasionally experience unexpected power outages. If an outage lasts more than 3 hours but you choose to stay at the property, you may request a refund for the affected nights. If an outage lasts more than 3 hours and you prefer to cancel the remainder of your stay, you may request a refund for the unused nights.
