The ground floor welcomes you with an entryway, powder room, and a peaceful patio connected to a fully equipped kitchen and dining area. The primary bedroom is on the next level, featuring a queen bed and a private ensuite bathroom, offering comfort and privacy with easy access.

Upstairs, you’ll find a dedicated study with a balcony—perfect for remote work, reading, or quiet reflection. Mini-split air conditioning and heating ensure comfort throughout the seasons.
