This is a 1 bedroom with 2 full bathrooms unit. The bed is queen size. It has a kitchen and this home doesn't have a dedicated parking space. Overnight parking is completely fine infront of the home. However, there is a 2-hour parking limit from 8AM-10PM except SAT & SUN. If it is necessary for you to park longer during these hours, the nearest paid public parking is available at 1200 F St, Sacramento, CA 95814 (Cross streets of Fat Alley and 12th St) Please be advised that the neighbor has a dog. This is the downstairs unit. This home doesn't have a dedicated parking space. The other unit/s may also be occupied at the same time. Please be mindful of any excessive noise during quiet hours.
