The well-equipped kitchen will also make cooking a breeze; make sure to buy some groceries and goodies at the nearby Ocean Bay Park Market and surprise your guests with savory, full-course meals or quick beach snacks. Once mealtime is over, unwind on the deck that comes equipped with all-new beach chairs and umbrellas, or head back inside to snuggle up on the sofa and watch a fun movie on the smart TV with a refreshing beverage in hand. This retreat also boasts a convenient washer/dryer combo that will allow you to pack light and make space for souvenirs. The king bed features a brand-new memory foam mattress, ensuring a blissful night's rest.

This home is only 1.5 blocks from the beach and the Atlantic Ocean, as well as mere steps from Fire Island SUP Co. - a one-stop shop for watersports lessons and parasailing, paddleboard, and tubing rentals. Seaview is a short five-minute walk away, while Ocean Beach is only a mile from you, giving you even more options while out and about. Spend hot summer days at Sunken Forest a 23-minute walk away, where you can enjoy some shade and take a ranger-led walk through the trees and dunes. After a gorgeous day on the sand, take your pick from the dozens of local restaurants to sate your appetite. Steps away in the neighborhood is Schooner's Inn, a restaurant and bar near the ferry while Flynn's Fire Island is a two-minute walk from you. Dino's on the Bay deli and Island Pantry are a bit further, but well worth the five-minute walk. Island Mermaid and Hideaway are also great dining options one mile away in Ocean Beach. Traveling five miles will take you to the Fire Island Lighthouse, where you can learn about the history of Fire Island and take a tour of the tower.

Things to Know No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. During your stay, the cleaning team may need access to the the washer/dryer which is located in the back of this unit. This home has a strict age limit that is monitored for every stay. All members of your party need to be 25 years or older unless they are children accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Supplies -Starter supplies are provided for your stay, including linens, towels, toiletries, paper products, soap, detergent, and basic kitchen essentials. Additional supplies may be needed depending on the length of your stay and are the responsibility of guests to purchase once the provided stock runs out.

General Rules -Please respect quiet hours and be considerate of neighbors at all times. -No parties, events, or unauthorized gatherings are permitted. -Only registered guests are permitted at the property unless otherwise approved. Unauthorized guests may result in immediate removal from the property without refund. -Smoking is prohibited inside the home. Evidence of smoking inside the property may result in forfeiture of deposits, additional cleaning charges, and smoking-related fees. Improper disposal of cigarette butts may also result in additional cleaning charges. -Excessive cleaning, damages, missing items, unauthorized pets or guests, policy violations, or other issues requiring additional labor or remediation may result in additional charges depending on severity.

Check-In -Check-in begins at 4:00 PM. -Early check-ins may be available upon request and subject to availability. -Upon arrival, please inspect the property and report any concerns or damages promptly. Failure to report issues upon arrival may result in guest responsibility for unreported damages.

Check-Out -Check-out is strictly at 10:00 AM. -Approved late check-outs may be available for an additional fee. -Unauthorized late departures that impact housekeeping or scheduling may result in additional charges, including charges equivalent to an additional night’s stay where applicable.
