Ideally located with convenient access to Atlanta's studios, business districts, dining, shopping, and entertainment, the suite is an excellent choice for production crews, corporate travelers, healthcare professionals, relocating families, and guests seeking a comfortable extended stay. The space includes a comfortable sleeping area, a full bathroom, a well-equipped kitchenette, and inviting living space, creating everything you need to feel at home during your stay.

The located on the lower level of the home, you may occasionally hear normal household activity from the residence above. Every effort has been made to create a comfortable and peaceful environment so you can enjoy a relaxing stay. Guests will have exclusive access to the entire private guest suite, including its private entrance, allowing you to come and go at your convenience throughout your stay.

Parking: Complimentary street parking is available. Private Guest Suite: The Haven at Winewood is a private guest suite located on the lower level of the home with its own private entrance. You'll have exclusive access to the suite throughout your stay. Shared Property: While your suite is completely private, the main residence is occupied. As with most guest suites, you may occasionally hear normal household activity from the home above. Parking: Complimentary street parking is available throughout the neighborhood. Please note that parking is not available on the property. No Smoking: The Haven at Winewood is a 100% smoke-free property. Smoking, vaping, or the use of any tobacco, cannabis, or electronic smoking devices is not permitted anywhere inside the guest suite or on the property. Any evidence of smoking will result in an additional cleaning and odor remediation fee. No Parties or Events: To ensure a comfortable stay for everyone, parties, events, and unregistered guests are not permitted. Quiet Hours: Please be respectful of the surrounding residential neighborhood and observe quiet hours during your stay.
