Welcome to Treetop Retreat! When you walk in our home you will find our open concept living room, kitchen, and dining room that creates the perfect space for memorable gatherings. The living room features a Smart TV with all your favorite streaming channels, and board games, along with a couch, and huge windows looking into the woods. Whether you're preparing delicious meals in the fully equipped kitchen or just a great cup of coffee, we have all the amenities you need.

When it is time to turn in for the night, choose from one of our three bedrooms: ******** Primary bedroom - King size bed, Smart TV, closet, and en suite bathroom. ******** Second bedroom - King size bed, closet, Smart TV, and a nearby shared bathroom. ******** Third bedroom - Queen size bed, Smart TV, hanging rack, dresser, and a nearby shared bathroom. Guest Access & Amenities: Guests will have access to the entire pictured house, all appliances, any kitchen supplies, and all amenities. We provide amenities in the bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry room with enough to get you started on your trip. We do not provide excess for more than a couple of days' worth, and guests are responsible for purchasing these items for personal use if they run out during their stay. Exterior cameras may be at the property for security purposes. STR-******** Bella Vista is home to Northwest Arkansas' premier mountain bike trails, nature trails, golf courses, and lakes! Walk, drive, or ride your bike around town! House Rules that are strictly enforced: - Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM. - Parties or guest actions that result in disturbances, property damage, extensive extra cleaning, or smoking indoors will incur a fine of $1,000. - This property only allows dogs, with a maximum of 3, and requires a fee of $90 per dog to be paid prior to your stay. Dogs discovered at the property without prior notice or cats discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400. - Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour. - This is a non-smoking home. If you smoke in the home, you will be fined $1,000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary. - Refunds for unused services such as pet fees, event fees, early check‐in, and late check‐out fees, are subject to the same cancellation policy that applies. - There is a QR code located on or near the refrigerator. It provides helpful information about your stay, including house rules, Wi‐Fi details, amenity instructions, important phone numbers, and answers to common questions.
