GETTING AROUND

A vehicle is recommended for your stay. One advantage of this cabin compared with some mountain properties is that you won’t need to navigate the kind of extremely steep access roads found at many Smoky Mountain cabins. There is also plenty of parking at the property. You are still visiting a mountainous area, however, so expect hills, curves and changing elevations throughout the region. During winter weather, guests should monitor conditions and use an appropriate vehicle for current road conditions.

One of the exciting parts of visiting the Smoky Mountains is the possibility of seeing wildlife. Black bears and other wildlife live throughout this region and may occasionally be seen around cabins and roads.

For everyone’s safety:

* Never feed wildlife * Never approach a bear * Never attempt to photograph wildlife at close range * Do not leave food outdoors * Do not leave food inside vehicles * Keep trash properly secured * Keep exterior doors closed * Supervise children outdoors

Please admire wildlife from a safe distance.

The hot tub is professionally serviced between guest stays. Because the hot tub is cleaned, treated and/or refilled between reservations, it may still be heating when you arrive. Depending on servicing and outside temperatures, it can take several hours to reach full operating temperature.

Children must always be supervised around the hot tub.

The cabin is located in a wooded mountain environment. Despite routine professional pest control treatments, guests may occasionally encounter insects or other native wildlife around the property. Keeping exterior doors closed helps prevent them from entering the home.

Please do not arrive early or enter the property before your scheduled check in time unless an early check in has been approved. When available, approved early check in may be offered for an additional fee.

Maximum Occupancy: 8 guests

Only registered guests are permitted to stay overnight unless approved by management in advance.

No Parties or Events: Parties, events and unauthorized gatherings are not permitted.

No Smoking or Vaping: Smoking and vaping are prohibited inside the cabin.

Guests may be charged for additional cleaning, deodorizing or damages resulting from smoking inside the property.

Quiet Hours: Please respect neighboring properties and keep outdoor noise at a reasonable level, particularly during nighttime hours.

Hot Tub: Use of the hot tub is at the guest’s own risk. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times. Glass should never be used in or around the hot tub.

Wildlife: Never feed, approach or interact with bears or other wildlife. Food and trash should never be left outdoors.

Game Room: Please treat all games and equipment with care. Do not move the pool table, arcade game, foosball table or other large game room equipment.

Furniture: Please do not rearrange or move furniture.

Damages: Guests are responsible for damages, missing items and excessive cleaning caused during their reservation. Please report accidental damage to management as soon as possible so we can address it.
