Tim è stato un host meraviglioso! È stato incredibilmente comunicativo prima e durante il mio soggiorno e si è assicurato che fosse fantastico! Alloggierei di nuovo qui e lo consiglio!

Ho avuto un soggiorno fantastico a casa di Tim! È stato perfetto per la notte che ho passato ad Atlanta. Il suo posto era conveniente per l'aeroporto e ho trovato il bagno e il letto molto buoni! Tornerò sicuramente

I texted Tim for the check in instructions and he gave me a code to the Front door and said it would not be necessary to meet him, just use the code pick a bed that's empty. After arriving in one of the most ceedy places of town. I located what I thought was the house with the lights on as it turned out this house is two houses away in total darkness it was hard to read the address because there were no lights left on on the porch, in order to punch the numbers he gave me into the pad I had to use the lights on my phone and he said you have to pull in the door at the same time but the code didn't work because it's one of those locks where you have to hit twice for a 2, twice for a 4 ECT. ends up he gave me the wrong code and you just hit the button the first time which would've been a one instead of at two ECT so he didn't give me the right code to get in. when I did get in the place was heated. I then went to the bathroom to find that it looked like an old dirty gas station bathroom that it hadn't been cleaned in years now I realize this is an inexpensive place to stay but cleanliness is always a priority when you're renting to the public this place is way too dirty to the point it's disgusting so I left and got a room somewhere else. I texted him that it was disgusting and he never really answered in anyway except sorry that I left a pipe wrench on top of the toilet. if you don't mind using a bathroom from an old gas station that is cruddy dirty please save money and stay here!

La camera andava bene. Il check-in è stato facile. Le tariffe, d'altra parte, erano un'altra cosa. Sono venuto qui come rifugiato dell'Irma e sono stato vittima di un rialzo dei prezzi. La tariffa online per tutte le camere era di $46. Mi sono stato addebitato $84. Quando ho parlato con lui al ********, ha detto che preferirebbe non ospitare persone che si lamenterebbero del prezzo.

Il posto è strutturato per accogliere un certo numero di ospiti e ha un po' di atmosfera di ostello. Non ho passato molto tempo lì se non a dormire, ma ho veramente apprezzato le conversazioni avute con gli altri uomini che soggiornano anche lì. Tornerei se ritornassi ad Atlanta.

Sfortunatamente, questo luogo aveva molto potenziale ma non ha mantenuto le promesse. La casa era sporca e disordinata al mio arrivo. Il letto era confortevole ma c'era troppo disordine in tutta la casa. Lattine di birra vuote sul portico, mucchi di biancheria sporca, mattonelle mancanti e un ragno nella doccia, toilette bagnata sul pavimento del bagno, macchie che sembrano feci sul tappeto del bagno. Come ho detto, questo luogo ha molto potenziale. È una bellissima casa antica. Vorrei solo che fosse più pulita.
