In your room, you will find the necessary to make you a tea or a coffee ;-) and to inform you about the city, the favorite restaurants, the journeys and schedules of bus, guides tourist etc ...
The house is a typical Touraine house with a pretty and very flowery private garden. It is located in Tours, capital of Touraine. You are at the center of the curiosities of the region. The room is spacious, sunny, the view overlooks the garden, located at the end of a dead end, so there is no traffic and you are quiet. You have a bed 2 places with a possibility to add a mattress, (reservation of 3 people in this case). You have a wardrobe, a clothes rack with hangers for your clothes, a desk and a chair; an armchair and a coffee table, an umbrella, an alarm clock and the summer of a big fan. You also have at your disposal a kettle with the necessary to make a coffee, tea or herbal tea.
The floor of the house is parquet and typical cement tiles. You have direct access to the bathroom. I provide towels and sheets.
You can use WIFI. You will find in your room, the map of the city, a list of favorite restaurants, bus schedules and flyers for visits to castles, bike rides ...
To describe me; I like "to have many lives"; I was a specialized educator, trainer, driver at night, I have a Master of sociology-anthropology obtained in 2014 and I am a professional painter since 2001. You are welcome in my workshop :-) I have traveled a lot, I like to learn and know other cultures. I am curious and sociable. I love to cook, garden, receive ... and this year after a few years of Latin dance lessons, I started Lindy Hop!
I have 2 wonderful girls of 25 and 27 years ... (parts of the house) an adorable cat and my Speedy turtle in the garden!

A few minutes from the house, a tobacconist, a bakery, a deli and a small local business. In the neighborhood, the market, twice a week, a launderette, a bar, another local store, a pharmacy ... At least 15 minutes walk, you can reach the station, the tourist office, the city center and Old Tours. The bus stop serves directly and every 10 minutes the train station, the city center, the old Tours. In Tours, you will find many sites to visit (Cathedral, Museums, galleries, Castle), 2 very picturesque old districts and shops as well as bars and restaurants to relax and enjoy, even late at night. It is a student city and steeped in history. It is animated, mixing festivities and knowing how to live! From May to September, you can join the guinguette located on the banks of the Loire. Very lively, you can come for a drink, dance, eat and enjoy the entertainment offered to the public (concert, film, games, initiations ...). A program is available. Geographically located in the center of the most beautiful Renaissance castles of the Loire Valley, you are exactly in the right place to visit the East, the beautiful city of Amboise and the last home of Leonardo da Vinci, the gardens of Chaumont sur Loire and that Chenonceau castle which spans the Cher and finally the castle of Chambord, world famous. To the west, you will discover the gardens of Villandry, the castle of Azay-le-Rideau and the beautiful city of Chinon. Do not forget that we are located on the route of the Loire à Vélo which can lead you to the mouth of the Loire and the Atlantic Ocean. And of course, the heritage of our vineyards that surrounds us ;-) You are 10 minutes walk from the Tourist Office, the Convention Center, the cathedral.
