Spazioso 2 BR nella splendida Park Hill

David è stato un ottimo host. È stato estremamente attento e si è assicurato che non avessimo domande. La posizione era fantastica e non potremmo essere più felici del nostro soggiorno. La prossima volta che saremo a Denver, saremo definitivamente felici di stare lì di nuovo.

È stato un luogo eccellente dove stare per me e i miei amici. Eravamo in città per un torneo di freccette e eravamo a 5 minuti dal bar Mozart's dove si è svolto. Ci ha messo anche a 10 minuti da molti club molto divertenti come Charley's e Tracks, il che ha reso facile Uber. David è stato un ottimo host, è stato disponibile e molto attento ai nostri bisogni. Sicuramente lo prenoto e il suo posto la prossima volta che sarò a Denver

Il posto di David era fantastico e esattamente come pubblicizzato e situato convenientemente. L'unità è spaziosa e ha tutto ciò di cui abbiamo avuto bisogno per il nostro soggiorno. Il check-in e il check-out sono stati molto facili e David è stato molto ricettivo alle nostre domande, di cui ne abbiamo avute pochissime perché la sua comunicazione iniziale è stata molto approfondita.

David è stato un ottimo host! L'appartamento era esattamente quello che cercavamo - ottima posizione e accesso al centro città. Nota che non c'è una cucina, ma il microonde, il frigorifero e la macchina per il caffè erano tutto ciò di cui avevamo bisogno.

David was an extremely responsive host and though he was out of town, sent a text to check on us when we arrived and a day after being there and at check-out. He also thoughtfully provided an extra key as there were two of us. The place is basically two living rooms and two bedrooms with two comfortable beds spread over two stories. That is a lot of space for the price! The beds provided are very comfortable. He also provides some amenities in the bathroom (shampoo, soap, hair dryer, etc.). This is in a more quiet and very pretty neighborhood of Denver called Park Hill that does not have much within immediate walking distance, but it is centrally located and so you can easily get around with a car. David also provides an off-street parking space outside of the entrance off the alley. As the description of the venue implies, there is no kitchen (no stove, oven, sink, or countertop). But David provides a small refrigerator to chill drinks or snacks. David also thoughtfully provided an individual coffee maker, a toaster, and a microwave as well as providing coffee, tea, hot chocolate, and some fruit-filled granola bars. Silverware is limited (only one spoon), so you may want to pack some of your own if more than one person needs one at a time. If you are six feet tall or taller, a warning: It's a basement apartment with low ceilings. Doorways to the two bedrooms, doorway to the basement garage/laundry room, the low ceiling when you are standing to take a shower in the tub, and low hanging obstacles in garage are a challenge to those over six feet tall (you have to duck). I hit my head a few times (once fairly dramatically in the middle of the night when I woke up from sleep to use the bathroom) Leaving the lighting on did not seem like an option as it is all fairly high intensity fluorescent lighting. So, I suggest you pack a night light to help lead the way. If you are six feet tall or under, chances are you are less likely to be bothered by it all. Bottom-line: If you're tall, this venue may be a challenge. If not, then the combination of a good host and otherwise decent accommodations make this is a good option for a quiet stay in the mile-high city.

Il posto di David è bellissimo. Un seminterrato completo, con una camera da letto, un soggiorno e un bagno, tutti ben arredati e con biancheria e asciugamani di alta qualità. Il soggiorno ha un piccolo frigorifero e una macchina per il caffè ed è fornito di barrette di granola e banane. David è un ospite affascinante e cortese. Imbattibile.
