Riad nella giungla

SCAMMED - BE CAREFUL I arrived in the riad in the photos, and was greeted by a member of staff. He called Erwan (his boss and the Misterbnb host) and the memebr of staff asked me to follow him to my room. We left the building and he led me down several alleyways for 5 minutes or so, and we arrived at a completely different riad. It was called 'Zelda'. It was much more basic than the riad I had booked (smaller, simpler and lacking the beaitiful plants of the riad i had booked) and the room was small and dark (completely diffferent to the room photos on misterbnb). I asked the owner of the Zelda riad if it was part of the same collection of riads ans he said it has got nothing to do with the one I booked. I told Erwan (the Misterbnb host) I didn't want to stay there and he said that was my problem and I had to contact misterbnb. He told me his riad was fully booked. It is disgraceful a host can do that to a guest. He seemed unconcerned and told me 'it was just one night'. I was furious a host can do this and want to protect other fuests. He took my money and then sent me to a more basic riad that was completely different. That's not okay. (Of course I shared with Misterbnb the photos of the place I went to and how it's different to the riad I booked, and the difference in the room quality too, and of the member of staff leading me down alleyways to a different riad). DO NOT RISK THIS PLACE

Qualità, bellissimo servizio, prezzo, luogo autentico, ben posizionato con personale sorridente e premuroso. Hanno risposto immediatamente alle mie richieste e domande. Consiglio vivamente questo riad 🙏🙏🙏

Il riad Tibibt è un alloggio eccezionale. Un edificio storico con due bellissimi cortili. La camera più affascinante in cui abbia mai alloggiato. Tornerò sicuramente. Il posto migliore per vivere la magia del Marocco.

Unfortunately, my experience at this Riad was disappointing, and I cannot recommend it. While the staff were friendly and willing to assist, only one spoke fluent English, which made communication challenging. Several major issues significantly impacted my stay: 1. Overpriced for the Quality and Location: The Riad is vastly overpriced considering its location in a dirty alley and the standard of accommodations provided. I paid an extra €35 for an upper-floor room to get some sunlight, yet the room lacked basic amenities like heating. On top of this, my laundry went missing. At €115 per night, I expected a much higher standard, but the experience fell far short. 2. Subpar Breakfast: The breakfast was a major letdown. The coffee was cold, the fried egg and pancakes were excessively oily, and there were no healthy options such as fruits. After an unpleasant first experience, I chose to have breakfast elsewhere for the rest of my stay. 3. Parking and Directions: The directions provided to find the Riad were unclear, resulting in a frustrating experience navigating narrow alleyways by car. Moreover, although the website claimed parking was included, I was asked to pay an additional 350 MAD for five nights, which was not disclosed in advance. While Marrakech itself is a wonderful destination, this Riad failed to meet even basic expectations for comfort, value, and transparency. I would strongly advise others to consider alternative accommodations.

Il riad è uno dei posti più belli che abbia mai visto. La piscina era piacevole e calda, il cibo è straordinario e lo staff è eccezionale. La posizione è nel centro, ma per arrivarci devi navigare attraverso un labirinto di piccole strade che diventano un po' buie e spaventose di notte. La nostra camera era accanto alla piscina, il che non permetteva molto spazio per la privacy e potevamo sentire ogni movimento del riad nella nostra camera (e viceversa). Sono rimasto un po' sorpreso dai costi aggiuntivi (ospite aggiuntivo, tassa di prenotazione, ecc.), ma questo potrebbe anche dipendere da me poiché non ho letto bene la descrizione.

Questo è veramente un piccolo pezzo di paradiso. Erwan è stato meraviglioso nel comunicare. È stato così bello incontrarlo! Il suo staff sono le persone più gentili e compassionevoli. Nel momento in cui siamo arrivati, ci siamo sentiti come una famiglia Per favore prenota questo al più presto! Come coppia gay, ci siamo sentiti molto amati.

Il Riad Tibibt è un'oasi verde nel mezzo della caotica medina di Marrakech con uno stile autentico e unico, pulito e i servizi sono ben mantenuti. Non ho mai incontrato Erwan personalmente, ma il team in loco è stato molto utile, amichevole e adorabile. La comunicazione avrebbe potuto essere migliore e più chiara. È importante notare che non è un hotel gay e ha diversi tipi di camere, che non sono descritte con precisione qui. Quelle offerte su Misterbnb si trovano al piano terra e si aprono direttamente sul patio offrendo meno privacy e luce naturale e più rumore dalla cucina e dal patio. Dopo una lunga discussione, ho dovuto passare a un'altra camera e pagare un extra per avere un'esperienza più piacevole.
