The garden is divided into a number of different and distinct zones and chill out spaces, including a purpose built BBQ and outdoor dining area and sunbathing zone equipped with comfy loungers and spa shower. Enabling guests to relax in style and comfort whilst enjoying a real sense of outdoor living.
Internally, the villa has been decorated and furnished to a high standard, offering free high speed WiFi, Smart/Internet widescreen TV with UK channels and a wood burner for cooler winter nights, along with many other features. Beach and bath towels and bed linens are all provided free of charge.
The focal point is the huge garden room, combining a kitchen/lounge/diner with great views into the garden via large glass sliding doors which can be opened up to create a real sense of indoor/outdoor living.
There is a further separate lounge area equipped with comfy seating, library and a picture window providing great views of the surrounding countryside. Along with a marble tiled bathroom with large walk in shower.
The large master bedroom has a king size bed measuring 1.8m by 2m and the second bedroom has a queen size bed, 1.6m by 2m

Green Village
Finca Botanico is located in Guatiza, one of the greenest villages in Lanzarote - in the heart of an active farming community and in close proximity to the world famous Cactus Garden created by Cesar Manrique, which is just a short stroll away from the property.
Bars and Restaurants
An excellent Italian restaurant, Tasca de Lita, is located less than three minutes walk away. Guatiza is also home to three other bars serving snacks and tapas as well as a late night music bar with live acts.
There are lots of other restaurants located within a ten to fifteen minute radius.
Walking and Trekking
The Finca is surrounded by countryside so there are loads of scenic walks right on the doorstep. Organised treks with local guides can also be arranged on request.
The Beach - Arrieta
One of the most beautiful, unspoilt beaches on the island - Arrieta - is located just a five minute drive away from the Finca.
Teguise - Historic Former Capital
Colonial buildings and quiet cobbled streets are just a ten minute drive away. Teguise is also home to Lanzarote's largest weekly market every Sunday morning.
Cesar Manrique
The famous artist and architect created all of Lanzarote's leading tourist attractions, such as the Jameos del Agua and the Cactus Garden. And all of them are within a fifteen minute drive of the Finca, making this an ideal base for sightseeing.
