1- Just treat the place well, be clean and take care of the supplies.
2- At your arrival you must present an identification document which we are obliged to report to police control. If you check yourselves in, we'd appreciate it if you send us a photo of your documents before your arrival.
The photos of your documents must be sent before spending the first night at home.
3- Tourist tax not incluted: Cala Gonone has a tourist tax of €1.50 a day per person that must be payed by everyone arriving to the city (children under 14 are free).
This amount must be deposited the day of your arrival: you must leave the amount in the lockbox (where you'll find your key) and notify us when you do, so that we can inform the people in charge of collecting the money that they can pass by.
The tourist tax must be ******** before spending the first night at home. Thanks!
4- Please give us your estimated arrival time in Cala Gonone, if possible we will arrange to welcome you at home even before the normal check-in time.
5- To respect nature and to avoid unnecessary waste of energy, we remind you not to keep the air conditioning or heating on when the door or windows are open. Also, before leaving the house, you must turn off all utilities (such as electricity, AC, heating, fan, TV, oven and any other appliance).
6- You can arrive at any time and get in the house by yourself using our safe ******** box.
You'll find the flat ready to use as well as a Manual with 2 maps and some information and tips that might be useful for your stay in our house and in Cala Gonone.
In particular, please, pay special attention to the information about:
How to use the A/C-Heating and the lights
How to recycle and dispose waste

7- If you need to use the hair dryer or the oven, please turn off the air conditioning /heating temporarily.
8- At Cala Gonone we recycle but there are not containers for the trash or recycling bins. Instead, we have door to door service of garbage pickup that works according to a schedule, picking up the trash bags in front of each house in the early morning on specific days. For this reason we would be grateful if you could dispose the garbage according to the schedule. Inside our house you will find the containers for differentiate and the necessary indications for a responsible recycling.
9- The house has several lamps. Due to previous bad experiences, we are obliged to charge €50 in case we find any of these items damaged or broken.
10- A cleaning service is available during your stay (extra fee applies)
11- For long stays, longer than 2 weeks, a cleaning with linen change is required every 2 weeks. Expenses €35 charged to the guest
12-In the rare case the internet connection does not work please try to turn off the router-modem and after 2 minutes turn on the router-modem again, and wait another 2 minutes for the connection to come back. In case the connection has not returned please notify us, we will intervene remotely. Under no circumstances should the router-modem be reset by the guest. In case this rule is not respected and that the guest resets the router-modem on their own, we ask €80 for the call of the technician who will be forced to intervene.
13- We charge €50 for lost key.
