This lovely, quiet property is located in Liverpool's iconic Georgian Quarter with scenic buildings and original cobbled streets right on the doorstep. It is less than a 10 minute walk to both of Liverpool's cathedrals, or alternatively it is less than 10 minutes to get to Hope Street, home to some of Liverpool's best restaurants. The apartment welcomes pets! This cosy 3 bedroom apartment is spread across 2 floors.

The ground floor has a spacious double bedroom and an open plan kitchen / dining / living area. The kitchen is fully equipped with a toaster, microwave, cafetière, oven, fridge/freezer, hob and washing machine.

You can seat up to 4 guests at the dining table and spacious living area for the whole gang to settle around. We also have a comfy leather sofa in the common area that folds out into a full double bed! Our guests have exclusive access to the whole house during their stay. We are contactable during your stay but will not be at the property. This beautiful apartment is located in Liverpool's Georgian Quarter and is only a short walk to Hope Street. The Georgian Quarter is one of Liverpool's most iconic areas, it is home to streets of impressive Georgian townhouses, traditional pubs, beautiful restaurants and cultural venues.

We have created a fantastic digital guidebook which illustrates many great things to do in Liverpool (that you won’t always find ******** of our local favourites and inside tips. We regularly update this as our guests give us more feedback and have even managed to find some undiscovered gems from our guest’s adventures! This is sent to you upon booking confirmation as well as a great video guide of Liverpool to ensure you have plenty of things to do, see, eat and drink! Just a 5 minute walk away from bus stops to Liverpool John Lennon Airport.

It is a 15 -20 minute walk away from Liverpool Lime Street or get a bus from Back Canning Street!

There's a free parking in Mulgrave Street just 8 minutes walk away from the apartment.

Entertainment, bars and restaurants are all within a walking distance from the house! Other Things to note:

This is a pet-friendly apartment, where we can accommodate one furry friend. To ensure your pets have a comfortable stay, please inform us in advance so we can make the necessary arrangements. Please note that we only accept dogs as pets.

We are unable to host groups of guests under 25 at this property.

The check in time is 3pm & check out 10am - Please adhere to these times unless otherwise agreed. An unauthorised late check out will incur a charge.

We provide bedding for all beds needed and a bath towel per guest. Bathrooms will be equipped with X1 hand towel and X1 bath mat.

Luggage storage is available in the city centre at our main office, this is priced at £5 per bag for the whole day (up until 5 pm) & is located at: 8 Gradwell Street, Liverpool L15AQ.

Smoking is strictly prohibited and will incur a deep cleaning charge upon check out.

Kindly note that we cannot accept parcels delivered to the apartment’s address and cannot be held responsible for any lost/damaged items. If you do require a parcel to be delivered during your stay, please contact us for our office address.

Lastly, please note, during exceptionally busy periods we may need to gain access to the property to complete maintenance works. This is to keep the property in good order for your stay. We always give 24 hours notice of this unless there is an emergency which needs addressing sooner.
