The previous resident was a long term leased tenant who liked bold colors and a mix of styles and was actually a self-described Bohemian Gypsy. I left her color palette intact and expanded on it with her approval. All furnishings are new, but the flooring and tile are original to the building. This very comfy space has a well-appointed kitchen, with coffee center, dishwasher, microwave and new dishes. The new sofa doubles as a queen bed so the unit can accommodate up to 4 guests. Located in the hip Riverside area you can walk to many restaurants, bars and dining options!
