Lo staff è stato amichevole e disponibile. Gli alloggi erano aggiornati e puliti, non sono stati notati insetti. Un grazioso cestino di benvenuto era sul letto. L'immagine pubblicitaria è un po' ingannevole in quanto le attrezzature del cortile, la pavimentazione e l'edificio hanno disperatamente bisogno di essere puliti a pressione. La piscina aveva bisogno di pulizia, i filtri sono intasati e non funzionano (o funzionano debolmente), il percorso intorno alla casa verso le stanze separate è pericoloso da vedere di notte. I lucchetti del cancello hanno bisogno di illuminazione di notte. Il bagno è stato meravigliosamente rinnovato. La posizione è ideale in quanto era solo una passeggiata di 2 isolati dai bar e ristoranti a Wilton Manors.

This was perhaps the most disappointing hotel experience of my life. There was so much miscommunication from the management to myself. After I paid in full, and sent a pic of my ID, I was assured I would receive the address of the hotel and any passcodes I would need to enter the property two days before my arrival. After 5 in the evening on that day, I had not received this information, so I contacted management and was told they were waiting on a pic of my ID. I then told them I had already sent it, and received confirmation of it. While this wasn't upsetting, it raised a potential red flag for their record keeping. I sent the copy of my ID again just to ensure they had it. Not an hour later, I receive a message from them congratulating me on being able to book a ninth night and they would be sending me a link to confirm and pay for the extra night. Mind you, I had already paid in full for 11 nights, and had not requested an additional night. This really began to make me stress about their poor record keeping. I had asked if I could enter my room early the day of my arrival, around 9, as I knew I would be jetlagged from the red-eye flight. They said nobody would be in my room so I was welcome to arrive early. I was quite pleased with this, but this ended up being nothing more than poor record keeping and communication on their part. When I arrived at the property, the Only room that was occupied was the room I was to stay in. This was really becoming frustrating. After about 2 and a half hours, the guest that was in my room left, and I entered it. After some unpacking, I noticed there was no bathroom in my room, when the room description sent to me specifically said 'bathroom en suite'. This made me quite angry as sharing a hallway bathroom with other guests was unacceptable to me, especially at the cost of the room. The hotel also was storing two big boxes of their property in my very small closet, which with no chest of drawers in the room, left very little room for clothes. I had to reach out and complain about the lack of a promised bathroom in the room, and had to be insistent that I was changed to a room with a bathroom. I get into the new room, which did have a bathroom, which was a sigh of relief. The closet in this room was also being used as storage space for hotel boxes, which I found very strange and unprofessional. I let it go though as I thought that I should pick my battles. The new room was painted a very dark maroon, with a gray bedspread and gray curtains. The dark color scheme made the small room smaller, and also quite depressing, especially with odd stains on the blanket. The coffee station in the common hallway had it's own disappointments, with barely enough ground coffee to make two cups, and the espresso in a jar was so old that it had all fused together and had a white film all over it. The next day, the empty ground coffee container was taken away but not replaced, nor was it for the remainder of my stay. As for the pool area, it was smaller than the pics would have you believe. The deck chairs could have used a scrubbing, were so short that my head partly stuck out over the top, and my feet hung over the bottom. The deck chairs also couldn't be made to lie flat, so one couldn't lie on one's stomach to get one's back tanned. All the ivy around the perimeter of the property was plastic, as were the potted plants. Florida has all the sun in the world to support such a wide variety of plant life, and they opted for plastic for a portion of it, which to me just spoke to laziness about not wanting to take another couple minutes to keep plants watered. For the duration of my stay, I saw other guests for a total of maybe 4 times. The majority of the six rooms were unoccupied for the length of my stay, which made for a rather more lonely experience than I was hoping for. It wasn't a surprise though, for I would never make the mistake of staying there twice. On top of all that, whenever I put the "Please Clean My Room" sign on my door, they didn't come to clean it, so I had to call and complain about it to get it done Each time I wanted my room cleaned. The only positive thing about the place was the location, which put one in easy walking distance of a wide variety of great restaurants and popular gay bars. All in all, however, it made for a dismal, disappointing and frustrating place to stay. Do yourself a favor and stay at a place that takes pride in everything they have to offer.

Ho avuto un soggiorno fantastico, era centrale e situato vicino a tutto. Avevo un'auto a noleggio ma l'ho usata appena. Lee è stato molto disponibile e mi ha aiutato quando ne avevo bisogno. È stata una pausa molto necessaria. Tornerei definitivamente!

Ottima posizione, con una breve passeggiata di 2 isolati fino a Wilton Drive. La proprietà è impeccabilmente pulita e ben tenuta, e l'area della piscina era meravigliosa.

COMPLETAMENTE RISTRUTTURATO & NUOVO - Avendo appena riapertouna settimana fa, questo posto ha tutti i servizi di un hotel boutique e dista due minuti a piedi dalla vita notturna sulla strada. C'è una piscina riscaldata e una vasca idromassaggio, un camino all'aperto, aree opzionali di abbigliamento, un bar del caffè, e durante il nostro soggiorno hanno offerto il servizio di preparazione del letto giornaliero. Gli host Lee e Paulie sono straordinari e disposti ad aiutarti in ogni modo. Abbiamo già pianificato un viaggio di ritorno il prossimo mese!

Un bellissimo resort tropicale a due isolati da Drive. Gli host sono persone fantastiche, molto reattivi, e la piscina riscaldata era meravigliosa. La velocità del WiFi era ok. L'unico aspetto negativo era la situazione del bagno condiviso di cui vi avvertono.

Luogo eccellente, posizione fantastica. L'ospite Luis molto disponibile con un atteggiamento eccellente. Atmosfera molto piacevole, tornerò sicuramente.

Ottima posizione e descrizione della proprietà. Eccellenti servizi in camera, insieme a lavanderia, ecc nel corridoio comune. Il bagno condiviso era molto funzionale. La vasca idromassaggio è stata divertente nonostante il tempo piovoso. La piscina sembrava molto ben curata e pulita - ma non ci sono entrato.
