The villa features a private pool and hot tub with panoramic views, plus a brand-new outdoor terrace perfect for weddings and events hosting up to 150+ guests. Your stay includes full staff and daily housekeeping, so you can fully relax and enjoy every moment. The home is designed for seamless indoor/outdoor living, with expansive terraces and elegant open-air spaces that invite connection and tranquility. Inside, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen, a stylish dining area for up to 16 guests, and thoughtfully curated designer furnishings throughout.

With 7 spacious bedrooms, 9 beds, 7 full bathrooms, and 3 half baths, the villa comfortably accommodates large families, groups of friends, or special celebrations. Each room is outfitted with premium linens, cozy bedding, and serene decor for a restful, luxurious experience.

Four of the bedrooms lead directly out to the pool and hot tub, while two of the bedrooms include direct access to the rooftop terrace and feature their own private living room. The additional bedroom includes a private library and separate living room area.

Ideally located in a peaceful neighborhood, Casa Faroles is just a short walk from the restaurants, shops, and charm of San Miguel’s historic Centro. A private two-car garage also makes exploring the city easy and convenient, with additional parking on the street. Guests will have access to the entire house. The house includes daily housekeeping service. Breakfast can be included for $200 MXN per person. For those wishing to heat the pool & jacuzzi, we can heat it for an additional cost of $1000 MXN per day for the duration of your reservation.

We have a local team of professionals who provide personalized concierge service to all of our guests. We can help coordinate airport transportation, grocery delivery, cleaning service, private chef or cooking classes, or arrange local experiences such as wine tastings, horseback riding, hot air balloon rides, cultural tours, and more. We also offer a private car service for trips in or around the city (price depends on destination), and we offer private airport transportation for $900 MXN per person (2 person minimum) for transport to and from the airport.
