We manage this property independently and all our “meet and greet” are in person. All our check-ins are from 4:00 pm.
•Check-ins between 7:00 pm and 10:00 pm - have a service charge of: 25 euros
•From 10:01 pm to 00:00 am 45 euros
• After 00:01 am 90 euros
. Early check-ins fee from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm: (subject to availability) - 25 euros
Late check-outs until 2:00 pm - 25 euros / until 6:00 pm - 50 euros (subject to availability)
Rental service for: Cot: 10 euros/unit/stay and baby highchair: 6 euros/unit/stay
Rental beach towels: 5 euros per towel
This property does not have a permanent service like hotels. Services that are not included are considered additional and could have a service fee between 30 and 150 euros for:
. Called to open doors (forgotten or lost keys).
. Additional orders and deliveries of towels or other products.
. Repairs and maintenance of equipment (due to negligence).
. All other types of services not mentioned in the property information.
A security deposit of 300 euros is required upon arrival. The security deposit will be returned within 7/10 days by bank transfer after thorough cleaning and inventory verification.
