It is in the center of Hiroshima. Near convenience stores, cafes, and restaurants. It can accommodate up to 6 guest. The unit is fully furnished, well cleaned and amenities is of hotel standard. smart lock is installed on the entrance door. Clean linens, towels and toiletries are provided. Kitchen is equipped with basic cookware and dinnerware. Washing machine w/ laundry detergent. Bath and toilet are separate. with room WIFI

Please note: Cleaning is done one time only after you check out. The unit is located on the 3rd floor of the building. You have an access to entire space. Feel free to use the amenities during your stay.

My house is equipped with: +Kitchen is equipped: - IH Stove - Microwave - Refrigerator - Electric Kettle - Dinnerware (plates, drinking glass, spoon and fork) - Cookware + TV + AC/Heater + Hairdryer + Bathroom with Bathtub + Towels + Basic Toiletries (body wash, shampoo, conditioner, toothpaste and toothbrush) + Washing Machine + Room WIFI You are able to access entire unit of this hotel bedroom. You are not going to share this room with other guests. Friendly neighborhood, restaurants, shopping area, coffee shop and convenience store are around the area. Few minutes walk to Hondori and PARCO Shopping Mall. 15 mins via tram from Hiroshima Station to Kanayamacho Station. 3 minutes walk from nearest tram station. The room is completely non-smoking. Check-in time is at 3:00 pm and check-out time is 11:00 am, we will prepare for the next day's customers, so please be punctual. No pets allowed. No parties or events please.

Under Japanese law, all hosts are required to keep a record of all guests. This includes their name, home address, occupation and dates of stay. If your guest does not have a home address in Japan, you will need to collect a copy of their passport stating their nationality and passport number.

So please send me your passport copy after your reservation is confirmed . You may send your passport copy as an attachment via email or using your smart phone on your booking channel app.

My apartment and the building is protected with CCTV/ Security Camera for safety & protection of all my guest. This also serve as my guide when you do self check in. Please be aware and be guided accordingly.
