The distribution is cozily designed, with a spacious living room, that includes a sofa-bed, integrated with dining room and a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and a balcony so you can rest and enjoy your stay This apartment has all the comfort and space you will need for your beach vacation at Punta Cana. The master bedroom has a Queen size bed and en-suite bathroom, the secondary room also has a Queen size bed and a full guest bathroom that serves both the secondary room and guests. Double size sofa bed in the living room, that is integrated with dining room and fully equipped kitchen, ready for you to show your culinary skills with all utensils and appliances you will need during your stay. Smart TV’s (living room and bedrooms), fast Internet connection, AC in all rooms, as well as ceiling fans, hair dryer, clothing steamer, efficient sound proofing, safety box, blackout curtains and, of course, linens so you don’t have to bring anything from home, are some of the amenities available for the guests.

The residential has 24 hour security and surveillance cameras.

Electricity is NOT included in the rate. The cost of energy is approx. US$0.40 per Kw/h. If you use the A/C at night only, you can assume the following costs per day:

2 bedrooms - US$17.00 per day 3 bedrooms - US$21.00 per day

All guests will be charged a ******** of US$300.00. This ******** can be paid in ******** or through a credit card hold. This ******** is used to cover any damages caused to the apartment during the stay or unpaid bills left by the client. THIS ******** WILL BE REIMBURSED 2 DAYS AFTER CHECK OUT if all bills are paid and the apartment does not have any damages.
