The modern, fully-stocked kitchen makes meal prep a breeze, and the inviting dining area offers a chance for everyone to reconnect over a home-cooked meal.

Sleep soundly in any of the four welcoming bedrooms, including: BDRM 1: King bed, BDRM 2: Full size bed, BDRM 3: Queen bed, BDRM 4 (downstairs): 1 Queen bed and 1 Full-size bed, Living Room: 1 large couch, Living Room 2 (downstairs): Twin bunk beds.

Free parking is available on the premises (up to 6 cars). Check-in time is 4 pm or later, featuring the convenience of self-check-in with a smart lock and a door code you'll receive before arrival. Located in a great neighborhood, perfect for walking and conveniently located just 15-20 minutes to downtown Asheville and minutes to the Blue Ridge Parkway, the VA Hospital, grocery store, restaurants and hiking trails, Billy Graham Center, Biltmore Estate, Warren Wilson, & the Folk Art Center. Easy launching point for day trips to area waterfalls and National Parks. Car is recommended. Uber and Lyft are readily available and a great option to avoid downtown parking. I can also share the info of a local lady who drives around town and leaves her business cards at some of our rentals. We take your safety and security seriously and this property has special local compliance requirements of a signed rental agreement and ID verification.
