You'll have full access to the entire home, both indoors and out, with easy self-check-in. Please note, the property sits on a steep bank, and reaching the dock requires navigating 30 steps. Set along Seneca Lake, Waterside is part of a quiet, friendly neighborhood with year-round residents. While peaceful and private, you're still close to restaurants, wineries, and local attractions. ⚠ Please respect quiet hours from 10 PM to 7 AM, as per local town regulations. A car is highly recommended for exploring the area. Private taxis/car services and private wine tours are available. ➡ Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors, and any outdoor smoking must be done away from the house. ➡ A Pack ’n Play is available BY REQUEST ONLY and provided free of charge.
