2BR apartment - cute, cozy, convenient

Freshly remodeled upstairs apartment featuring 2 bedrooms with a total of 3 beds. We have one bathroom with a shower (no tub). Fully equipped kitchen with a dining table. Even though this is a small apartment, we have everything you would need for your home away from home including a dual coffee maker, full size fridge, full oven, iron and ironing board, and 2 flat screen TV's.

Dogs are welcome. We charge $25 per dog per night. This upstairs apartment features 2 bedrooms. One has a king size bed with wall mounted TV. The second has a queen bed and a king bed with a TV in the corner. The kitchen is fully stocked and has a dual coffee maker, full size fridge, full oven, and a dining room table with chairs. The bathroom is large but only has a shower (no bathtub). We do not have a washer or dryer. Some of the ceilings are sloped so watch your head if you're super tall! Entire upstairs apartment. Quiet neighborhood Car is best. Uber and Lyft will service this area. We take your safety and security seriously and this property has special local compliance requirements of a signed rental agreement and ID verification. To make this easy for you, we use a secure and very simple, app-free platform called Happy Guest. It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it’s a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots.
