Enjoy your stay in a newly-built modern 3-bedroom home with rooftop that overlooks city landmarks and sunsets. Nestled in the heart of Centro in a small cul-de-sac community just minutes from the Jardin. Enjoy 4 levels of contemporary design featuring a welcoming indoor garden, a patio with outdoor kitchen & dining, private rooftop with lounge chairs, 2 living areas with TV & fireplace, and luxe hotel bedding. Also includes a fully-equipped kitchen and formal dining for in-home cooking & dining. Transport yourself into tranquility as you enter the home and are greeted by a welcoming indoor garden and fountain feature. While running, the fountain provides a serene, peaceful environment away from the hustle and bustle of the city center.

The ground level features the formal living room, dining room for 6 guests, full-size kitchen and a ground floor bedroom with a king bed and ensuite bathroom.

All bedrooms feature king-size beds and ensuite bathrooms with a stand-up shower; as well as a TV, wardrobe closets and drawers for clothing storage, and a A/C and heating mini split and ceiling fan for climate control. Plus, each bed is equipped with luxury hotel linens and comfortable bedding for a good night’s rest.

Take the stairs to the second floor, where you’ll find the additional living room with TV and fireplace, and additional sitting area for dining and a desk area for working. The 2nd floor hosts the 2nd bedroom.

The third floor features the final bedroom and also hosts the patio space with an outdoor kitchen, grill and another dining table and chairs for hosting cocktails or meals outside.

Finally, take the next level to the rooftop where you’ll enjoy panoramic views of the city with direct views of iconic landmarks around the city; plus, you’ll enjoy sunrise and sunset views of the city and the mountainside. Guests will have access to the entire house. Private accommodations for you and your group. The entry/access instructions will be emailed to you 1-day prior to arrival. Cleaning/housekeeping services can be accommodated upon request.

If you need parking, there is a public parking lot right across the street. It is $30 MXN (pesos) per hour or $250 MXN (pesos) per night for a small car or $350 MXN per night for a large car. Parking is not included in your reservation.

We have a local team of professionals who provide personalized concierge service to all of our guests. We can help coordinate airport transportation, grocery delivery, cleaning service, private chef or cooking classes, or arrange local experiences such as wine tastings, horseback riding, hot air balloon rides, cultural tours, and more. We also offer a private car service for trips in or around the city (price depends on destination), and we offer private airport transportation for $900 MXN per person (2 person minimum) for transport to and from the airport. And because this is a 400-year-old colonial town in Mexico, protected by the federal historic society to preserve its centuries-old charm, the infrastructure has its own personality, too. Think cobblestone streets & uneven sidewalks (bring comfy shoes), intermittent power or water outages, the occasional siesta from the internet or hot water, water leaks from the rain, or a passing sewer smell here and there—all a gentle reminder that life here moves at its own pace.
