You're a mile or less to Broadway and Uber/Lyft is a convenient way to get around by car if you don't have one or want to avoid parking/driving. No unauthorized guests. No pets allowed. No fireworks. No unauthorized parties at our property. This will result in immediate eviction and $1,000 minimum fine.
