*Sustainable Bedding Preparation

To help us operate more sustainably and reduce unnecessary water, energy, and laundry consumption, we prepare beds according to the number of guests included in the reservation.

For example, if two guests book the apartment, bedding will typically be prepared for one double bed unless otherwise requested.

If members of your group prefer to sleep in separate beds, please let us know before arrival so we can prepare the apartment accordingly.

Our goal is to balance guest comfort with responsible resource management while ensuring everyone enjoys a pleasant stay.

Please note: The bathroom is located on the lower upper of the loft.

Access requires using the staircase during the night - a feature many guests appreciate as part of the authentic loft experience, while others may find it slightly less conventional. Check-in is fully contactless. You’ll receive your personal door code before arrival and can access the apartment anytime after 4 PM.

**Early Access**

To maintain our quality standards, we require a preparation window between 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM on arrival days.

If the apartment is ready earlier, we will gladly offer a complimentary early check-in and inform you proactively.

Guests who require a **guaranteed early check-in** may book this option for a service fee, which covers the additional resources needed for an expedited cleaning and inspection process.

Tucked between the calm lakeside and Berlin’s creative pulse, Weißensee offers a slower rhythm - local cafés, ateliers, and leafy streets that still carry the city’s authentic charm. Parking spaces are available in the surrounding streets and are usually no more than a few minutes' walk from the house.

From Antonplatz (2 minutes on foot, 180 m away) it takes only 16 minutes to Alexanderplatz; It is 26 minutes to Berlin Central Station, 40 minutes to BER Airport and 25 minutes to the Brandenburg Gate. Our core values:
