Two directly connected apartments offer space for up to 16 guests - a rare setup in Berlin. Both units are located next to each other and are linked via an internal connecting door, allowing you to move freely between them while still enjoying the comfort of two fully equipped apartments. Perfect for families, groups or colleagues who want to stay together - without sacrificing privacy.

To help us operate more sustainably and reduce unnecessary water, energy, and laundry consumption, we prepare beds according to the number of guests included in the reservation.

For example, if 10 guests book the apartment, bedding will typically be prepared for 5 double beds unless otherwise requested.

If members of your group prefer to sleep in separate beds, please let us know before arrival so we can prepare the apartment accordingly.

Our goal is to balance guest comfort with responsible resource management while ensuring everyone enjoys a pleasant stay. Check-in is fully contactless - you’ll receive your personal door codes for both units before arrival and can access the apartments anytime after 4 PM.

**Early Access**

To maintain our quality standards, we require a preparation window between 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM on arrival days.

If the apartment is ready earlier, we will gladly offer a complimentary early check-in and inform you proactively.

Guests who require a **guaranteed early check-in** may book this option for a service fee, which covers the additional resources needed for an expedited cleaning and inspection process.
