Stamford is part of the NY metro region, and while we offer ample parking, it’s good to keep in mind that traffic from both New York and Connecticut can sometimes be heavy 🚙🛣. Plan your arrival accordingly, especially during peak hours!

The neighborhood is very welcoming and convenient with a supermarket around the block, a laundromat across the street, several restaurants, a barbershop and a lot more great places located within 2 minutes from the property.

The most beautiful beaches are located within walking distance, so you can easily visit Cummings beach, Cove beach and West beach during your stay. There are also several green spaces with playgrounds, restaurants and tennis courts close to the beaches. The bus stops just 100 feet away. 2 minutes to I-95 highway 3 minute drive to the Metro-North Station 3 mins to Harbor View. 4 minutes drive downtown 15 minutes walk downtown and train station. Bicycling is easy and it's easy to take an Uber. 🏡 Important Booking Policies & Property Information

📅 Age Requirement: All bookings must be made by guests who are 21 years of age or older. Any reservation made by individuals younger than 21 will be automatically rejected. If we discover that the booking was made under false pretenses, you agree to be immediately removed from the premises.
