*. This rental includes only the daylight basement. The main and upper floors are not included and may be occupied by the owner. You may hear some noise from upstairs from time to time.

*. The entrance of the unit is in the backyard. There is a small slope and few steps in the backyard. It might be challenging for elderly. *. Please note that we offer two options to protect both you and the property, ensuring it remains in excellent condition for you and future guests: a non-refundable Damage Waiver for a small fee ($49.5), or a refundable Safety ******** ($500).
