This was the most blatant misinformed, misleading and fictional description of both the venue and the hosts. Having booked our stay 6 months prior we text Jesus 6 days before our confirmed arrival for check in time. We did not receive a reply so text again 3 days later, still no reply and as our stay was now imminent (within 2 days) we contacted mister B&B administration to ask advice. My partner instigated another booking which was replied to immediately and we finally got the arrival time the day before our visit. Upon arrival they opened the door to screaming commands to their barking dogs which had no mention on the profile. We entered and the ‘stench’ of multiple dogs was over powering with 2 buckets with mops positioned around the room to presumably clean up dog pee! We tried to engage with them both which was very difficult as they hard no hosting qualities at all other than tell us they have 14 dogs. We were shown to our room and bathroom which on the surface was clean apart from the overwhelming odour of smelly dogs. We put down our bags and due to the smell did not unpack our belongings which was redundant anyway as the wardrobe and drawers were all completely full of their belongings. We went out having asked about restaurants and places to go and was told there were plenty of choices one bloc away..... total rubbish. We returned around 9:30pm and went to use the bathroom, the sink filled up with water and did not run away and the cold water tap did not work. We told this to Alex ( the partner of Jesus the host as Jesus was nowhere to be seen, to be told that the last guest a few days before had blocked the sink. Firstly it should have been fixed for our stay and secondly I then went back to the mister B&B app to read more recent reviews since our booking to find that the blocked sink and broken tap had been reported several months earlier. The shower water temperature was cool with the temperature control knob broken off and the towels were very old and stained. During the night we were woken by the dogs barking and I saw that they were using the bathroom that was sold to us as private and that they were sleeping on the sofas with the dogs in the sitting room which is where they remained our entire stay making the use of the sitting room (if you could stomach the stench) out of use. In the morning we were not offered breakfast as stated and there certainly were not any pastries in the room! Not at any time were we shown or even told about any other facilities they so proudly boast on the app. Finally not the reason for booking this establishment but another example of ‘artistic license’ was the ages of the host and his partner which were over exaggerated by 20 years. I can not emphasis how dissappointed, upset and angry I am about this booking and although misterB&B can not be held responsible I sincerely hope that other people do not fall into this trap in the future.

Siamo stati accolti alla porta da tre cani. Non sapevamo che ci sarebbero stati animali domestici. In totale c'erano 14 cani ma ne abbiamo visti solo tre. Il bagno era sporco e il lavandino era intasato la maggior parte del tempo. La colazione del primo giorno era okay ma nessuna è stata fornita il secondo giorno. Molto deludente.

Beh, voglio iniziare dicendo che l'host è stato uno degli host più attenti e accoglienti che si potesse chiedere. Ero arrabbiato con me stesso.... Ho prenotato senza accorgermi che ci sarebbero stati diversi cani lì. Sono altamente allergico ai cani, il che non è comune poiché la maggior parte di coloro che hanno allergie agli animali domestici sono colpiti dai gatti e non dai cani. La mia sorpresa è stata che il lavandino del bagno non aveva affatto acqua corrente e ho appena notato che altri si sono lamentati mesi prima di me esattamente della stessa cosa. Mi ha fatto un ottimo caffè. Altrimenti, un host perfetto

Alex e Jesus sono persone fantastiche. Non smettevano di offrirmi cibo e da bere.. adorabili cagnolini da coccolare

Secondo soggiorno fantastico per me. Il posto sembra come casa e Jesus e Alex sono così gentili e divertenti. Spero di tornare.

Soggiorno fantastico con Jesus e Alex. Camera molto confortevole e ben attrezzata per divertirsi. Il check-in è stato facilissimo e i ragazzi sono stati fantastici. Prevedo di prenotare di nuovo nel mio prossimo viaggio a Miami.

Molto gentili, sia Jesús che Alex mi hanno fatto sentire bene.

Mi è dispiaciuto non riuscire a incontrare Jesus poiché era malato, ma la sua partner è stata molto gentile con me. Il letto era comodo e il luogo era ben posizionato vicino all'aeroporto. Quartiere tranquillo.

C'era un topo nella mia stanza e la mia porta era rotta. Inoltre non riuscivo a far funzionare il rubinetto del bagno. Ero piuttosto turbato e non userò più questa app.
