When booking for more than 9 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply. The resort includes several hotels, and guests may be assigned a room in any of them. The assigned hotel will be confirmed upon check-in at Holiday World Resort. The beach club located in front of the beach is free of charge for guests who have booked the all-inclusive plan. Guests who have booked other meal plans must pay an additional fee. The beach club is open from April to October. The hotel has a new access system. Guests will receive a digital RFID wristband to ensure safety, comfort, and accessibility during their stay. A deposit must be paid for the wristband. A deposit of EUR 25 is required per wristband, which will be refunded at check-out. For reservations of 2 adults and 2 children, the deposit is EUR 100. In case of loss of the wristband, the deposit must be paid again. For a replacement wristband, the deposit will be EUR 50 per unit. In accordance with Law 11/2021 of July 9 on measures for the prevention and fight against tax fraud, cash payments of EUR 1000 or more (or equivalent in foreign currency) will not be accepted.
