“Staff was very helpful for check-in, and check-out. It was a great location. Just on our way out, the cleaning supervisor chastised us that we needed to be out of there immediately, but when we asked if we could stay an extra 30min it was all ok. ”

Il personale è stato molto utile al check-in e al check-out. Era una posizione fantastica. Mentre stavamo uscendo, il supervisore delle pulizie ci ha ripreso dicendo che dovevamo andarcene immediatamente, ma quando gli abbiamo chiesto se potevamo stare altri 30 minuti, tutto è stato ok.

La posizione dell'Hotel Scala è perfetta per chi non è mai stato a Francoforte. Ottimi negozi e molto vicino al Centro Storico e alla metropolitana (ubahn). Il personale è molto cortese e si parla abbastanza inglese per aiutarti a navigare la città. Tornerei facilmente in questo hotel
