For bookings of over EUR 30.000, different policies and additional supplements may apply and the hotel will contact you to arrange a deposit. In case your reservation requires prepayment or deposit, the Hotel will send you a secure link that you are requested to use to process the payment. The credit card used for the booking will be pre-authorised before arrival and must be shown at check in along with photo ID. If the reservation credit card owner does not correspond to the guest staying at the property, the card is pre-authorised before arrival but payment will be requested in full to the guest at the hotel.
