Unveiling the Hotel

Centrally located in the old town of Thun, a 10-minute walk from the Train Station, the Alpine-style Hotel Emmental dates back to 1898. Free public WiFi is offered.

The sun terrace of the hotel overlooks the Castle of Thun, which is 200 metres away, as well as the surrounding mountains - the ski regions of Grindelwald, Gstaad and Lenk with the Jungfrau and Eiger Mountains are a 45-minute drive away.

The bright rooms have high ceilings, elegant yet cosy white furniture and LCD cable TV. The private bathrooms have showers.

The cosy restaurant at the Emmental also features a bar and serves weekly changing dishes, accompanied by European wines and Swiss spirits.
