Food Intolerances and Allergies: We would like to clarify that our facility does not offer certified or specifically dedicated service for celiac disease and other food intolerances, as this is not included among our obligations or our facilities (separate kitchen, certified staff, and registration with the National Register). However, we are happy to accommodate the needs reported by our guests whenever possible, offering special dishes and pre-packaged products certified for the main intolerances, including gluten.
