Welcome to the Gasthof-Hotel Post in Strass im Zillertal – your traditional hotel in the heart of Tyrol. The historic house combines authentic Tyrolean charm with modern comfort. It is centrally located near the A12 motorway and only 15 minutes away from Lake Achensee.

Our comfortable and stylishly furnished rooms combine modern comfort with a cozy Tyrolean atmosphere. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning, complimentary Wi-Fi, flat-screen satellite TV, and a modern bathroom.

A particular highlight is our modern wellness area. Relax in the heated infinity pool with a magnificent view of the surrounding mountains, or enjoy restorative hours in our saunas. In addition, a well-equipped fitness room is available for your daily workout.

In our restaurant, we indulge you with traditional Tyrolean specialties and seasonal dishes. Many of the high-quality ingredients come directly from the surrounding farms and represent regionality, sustainability, and excellent taste.

The Zillertalbahn station is only 100 meters away and offers a convenient connection to the most beautiful excursion destinations in the region.
